Refund and Return Policy

At Mathletas, we are committed to delivering a high-quality educational experience focused on training for mathematics olympiads. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we offer a clear and fair refund policy for our courses and services.

1. Refund requests

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email (info@mathletas.com) and must include:

  • Student’s full name.
  • Name of the course or service purchased.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Date of enrollment.

2. Group courses (live, by module)

Full refunds:
A full refund will be granted if the request is made within the first 7 calendar days from the official start date of the course, provided the student has not attended more than two live classes and has not downloaded the full module content.

Partial refunds:
After the first 7 days, a partial refund may be granted only in cases of force majeure (e.g., medical issues, relocation), and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The refunded amount will correspond to the unused portion of the course, minus administrative fees (up to 25%).

No refunds will be granted:

  • If more than 21 days have passed since the course began.
  • If the student has attended more than 50% of the classes.
  • If full access has been granted to all materials and assignments.

3. Private lessons and personalized tutoring

  • Private sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without timely notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
  • If the instructor cancels or reschedules, the session will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

4. On-demand / pre-recorded courses

  • Pre-recorded or downloadable courses are non-refundable once full access to the content has been provided.
  • If access has not been granted, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

At Mathletas, we strive to provide the best possible quality of instruction. If you have concerns or are not satisfied with any part of the course, please contact us. We will review your case personally and seek a fair resolution.

6. Refund method and processing time

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Approval and processing may take between 5 to 15 business days, depending on your payment provider.
